VERY RUDE. I never write negative reviews but I cannot believe how the employee acted over the phone. I was simply asking for an estimated price. She continued to be rude and hung up on me. I called back (hoping to get someone else), but she answered again and was even more rude. Continued to raise her voice because I wouldn't give her an address other than saying I was in Holladay. I just wanted a quote and again she hung up on me. I am shocked someone would treat someone that way.

SUPER simple, very impressed, they offered a second key at checkout for half price which I took them up on, it was done in minutes and i checked it and it works nicely, I did a fob, I used their "put RFID on top of a key" where it gave it to you right then instead of mailing it out and it worked awesome. Impressed.
